Final 15% payment made when the Architect issues the Villa Construction Completion Notice

This final payment is due and payable within 7 days after villa owners are provided with a Villa Construction Completion Notice of their villa issued by the architect

Total construction time is estimated to be approx 6 months

Furniture packages are required to be paid within 30 days of Invoice

Vendor Finance
Vendor Finance is available to approved purchasers
Vendor Finance can be up to 50% of total payment (excluding furniture package)
All Vendor Finance Funds must be repaid within 3 years
Interest rate of 10 % on outstanding balances calculated monthly

The villa construction price excludes the following items

Management and Maintenance Fees after issue of Villa Construction Completion Notice
Legal Documentation Fees
Government Purchase tax on land and villa
Furniture Package and additional extras requested
