Villa Construction Contract

The Land Purchase Contract will be completed at this stage and land will be owned by the villa owner
This gives the purchaser the security of land ownership during the construction stage
The construction purchase payments are linked to the construction of your villa and actual costs will depend upon the Bali Villa design you select

Payments will be spread over approx 6 months from Payment 1 until the completion of your Bali Villa
Villa Construction will commence when Payment 2 has been paid

Sign off at each stage of construction will be by the supervising Architect

Payment 1
Deposit of 5% to reserve the villa design you select

Payment 2
Payment of 45% upon the signing of the Villa Construction Contract
Note : at this stage the land title will have been transferred to villa owner so that the land on which the villa will be constructed is owned by the Villa Owner
Construction of the villa will commence within 30 days of this payment.
The Architect will issue a Commencement of Villa Construction Notice on the date that construction commences

Payment of 35% 60 days after date of Commencement of Villa Construction Notice
